Hi! I’m Adrienne and this blog is where I share stories of my adventures (and misadventures, of which there are many). I started this particular blog as a young and scrappy twenty-something fresh out of university embarking on a three-or-so-month backpacking trip. Since then, I’ve become a “real” adult (although I like to think I’m still young and scrappy) with real adult responsibilities, but one thing that hasn’t changed is my itinerant lifestyle. Whether it’s for work or leisure, I feel happiest on the road and I do my best to take off on adventures when I can. I enjoy traveling with family and friends, but I also find great pleasure in solo trips and often prefer that way of traveling as it allows for a deeper, more connected experience—and you often make great friends along the way!
